Right now, many Xbox Live users are discovering that the service is down for them, and Microsoft is acknowledging a widespread issue they’re working to fix. The problem seems to have cropped up a few hours ago, and Xbox Support was asking players if they were having trouble with the marketplace specifically. Since then, the issue seems to have progressed to include sign-in and accessing purchased content.
