Apple’s software quality is a hot-button issue again, leading execs Eddy Cue and Craig Federighi to publicly address concerns and promise to do better. But the perception Apple is slipping won’t easily be reversed by telling folks that they’re just noticing problems more, instead it will take a plan to recapture the high ground.
