Falcon Social CEO Ulrik Bo Larsen has admired the Danish Design Centre in central Copenhagen ever since it was built in 2001. Now he, and 200 of his startup Falcon Social’s staff, call it home. “The first time I walked in the building after we took offices here I had to pinch myself”’ he tells me from across the desk of a meeting room whose floor to ceiling windows look out over the rollercoaster and rides of the Tivoli Amusement Park, another Copenhagen landmark, across the street.
