I’m currently watching the internet wage a meme war on Hillary Clinton, as Bernie Sanders supporters try to paint her as an out of touch robot, while he’s instead a cool, hip grandpa. It’s much more civilized than the Republican dogfight, given its distinct lack of Trump, and certainly nowhere near as harsh as the GOP’s 25+ year attempting nuking of Hillary Clinton, which continues to this day, though it’s a bit eye-rolling all the same. But there’s one aspect of Hillary Clinton’s career that sticks out in my mind and in the minds of probably quite a few gamers close to my age, her 2005 war on violent video games.
