The Intel Compute Stick is an interesting device. It is essentially a full blown PC, scaled down to only the bare essentials, built around a low-powered – and low cost processor. Streamlining the design and internals allows Intel (and other companies producing ultra-small form factor systems) to make the Compute Stick no bigger than an oversized thumb drive.
