There is a bug causing the Apple Safari web browser for iOS and Macs to crash today, according to a Reddit thread. The reason for the crashes are unknown, but it appears to be related to Spotlight Suggestions. Specifically, Safari for iOS crashes when tapping on the address bar and autocompletion on Safari for Macs stopped working. Plus websites are not properly loading on Safari for Macs.
