Last week at its annual gathering in Davos, the World Economic Forum released “The Future of Jobs”, an assessment of the changes that technology is making on employment (the full report can be found here, and an executive summary here). Describing the coming disruption not only to business models but to labor markets over the next five years, it predicts “enormous change in the skill sets needed to thrive in the new landscape.”
