Today’s marks the launch of the resurrected X-Files, a miniseries that could probably easily turn into a full series depending on how it’s received. It’s a pretty significant, unexpected moment for the show, but not as impossible as it used to be. Rather, it’s part of a trend that’s been going on for the last few years.
