Keeping Your Family Connected — Via the Fridge Door

Much to my wife’s dismay, I canceled our home phone service a few years ago. I saw no need for it, being everyone in our house carried a cell phone most of the time. The only calls we ever received on the home phone were from solicitors, anyway. And everything’s worked out fine. But I have a habit of leaving my phone upstairs while I come downstairs to watch TV. Plus I like to leave it in vibrate mode. So if it’s not in my pocket and someone tries calling me, it’s likely going to voicemail. Well, now there’s a new solution for those times when one of the family members wants to get ahold of me either from upstairs without running down to the main floor, or from wherever they are.
