According to Gartner, the consulting market has grown to over $125 billion in global spend.  Every year companies around the world hire consultants to help with project ranging from process improvement and IT implementations to strategic planning and risk management.  Firms which make up the Big 4, (Deloitte, PWC, EY and KPMG), offer a multitude of services while others remain boutique and specialized covering a few disciplines.
