Combating climate change is becoming an indelible part of President Obama’s legacy, prompting the president to place a multi-year restriction coal production on federal lands. It’s a move that will, no doubt, further drive a wedge between his administration and coal communities — not to mention the insurrectionists who think Uncle Sam’s reach is already too expansive.
