The 30 Under 30 In Enterprise Technology For 2016

It’s tough to find a new crop of 30 up-and-comers each year in enterprise technology (aka the business-to-business market), a field in which stand-out entrepreneurs require domain expertise and a good amount of seasoning. Most of the people making an impact are in their late 30s and early 40s. So we cast a wide net, canvassing the tech hubs in Silicon Valley, New York, Boston, Texas, Europe (and Canada!) to find a group of standout nominees in software, cybersecurity, networking, computer science and the cloud. (Asian entrepreneurs are next year’s order of business.) Our judges–Jerry Chen, a partner at Greylock, Adam Ghetti, cofounder of Ionic Security (and a 30 Under 30 alum) and Ravi Viswanathan, a partner at NEA, helped us narrow the picks down to the 30 finalists.
