I was recently giving a keynote at a conference, when someone raised their hand and stated, “A lot of the examples you give are only technology companies.” Now this wasn’t entirely true since I included companies like Mars Drinks, Cisco, Whirlpool, and others. But still, this man’s comments were valid and after thinking about it I responded and said, “you know what, you’re absolutely right, but that’s because every company today is a technology company.”
