Anthony Thompson, former chairman of Metro Bank, the UK’s first new bank in 25 years, is disrupting again with Atom. While Metro built on branches, called stores, that were open seven days a week, Atom won’t have branches at all. Thompson thinks mobile banking is a wave Atom can ride.
