Our Cybersecurity Problem Is A Lack Of Working Safe Harbor Rules

You can’t manage what you can’t measure. In my more than 25 years of business leadership, this fact has proven itself true, time and again. When I talk to CEOs about network security, I sense some denial about the fact that they may be vulnerable to a breach. They believe they are reasonably safe from cyber attacks because they have invested in the most current cybersecurity products.  But they can only protect what they know about. And security challenges can come from the inside – via unwitting employees.
