I confess that I’ve always had a bit of a fetish for a good laptop bag. You realize quickly that there’s a difference between a high-end messenger bag and the average bag: build quality, comfort, design. With a good bag, for example, you get functional and well-placed pockets. Not only are they big enough for gadgets, chords and cables, spare batteries, wallets, and mints, they also sit in the right position so that the contents don’t dig against your back or into your thigh as you trek through a city.
