With the Surface Pro 4 now available, and the Surface Book making its way to retail, is there a need to look back to a device launched in May 2015 as a competitive Windows 10 tablet? I think there is. Microsoft has finally come up with a decent alternative to the main iPad line in the Surface 3. It might not be suitable for everyone, but there enough high points that mean this device is going to be the perfect fit for some of you.
