Black Friday shopping madness may bring out the worst in some folks, stampeding their way over people and with brawls breaking out over high profile items. It does little to underscore the real meaning of the holiday season, especially Thanksgiving here in the US, where we should appreciate what we have, not scratch and claw in material greed and lust like animals. If there’s any solace, then perhaps the civilized deal shopper can take refuge in today, Cyber Monday, when online e-tailers break out bargain basement pricing in an effort to amplify Q4 sales, without the need for consumers to risk life and limb for the best deal. Amazon is squarely in the mix of course on this day and the retail juggernaut has posted some pretty fantastic deals like a 32GB unlocked Samsung Galaxy S6 for just $399 (already sold out sorry, but there are others for $499).
