At a certain point in Fallout 4, you find yourself in the min/max game. It happens in any RPG. You’re out of the early phases, you’ve gained some levels, you’ve got some weapons, and you’re nearing the point when your character can start to really swing his or her weight around. At that point, I tend to go out looking for the best in whatever category: the best armor, the best helmet, the best weapon, the best everything. I think I found what I consider the best piece of armor in Fallout 4, and it isn’t at all what I expected.
