Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg isn’t the only executive at the social network making a point of openly discussing work-life balance.

The social media giant’s cofounder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg said in a Facebook post on Friday that he plans to take two months of paternity leave upon the arrival of his and wife Priscilla Chan’s baby daughter.
