When Big Guns Go Down
While US Marines and soldiers were fighting the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan over last 10 years, the Pentagon shipped tens of thousands of defective machine gun and other firearms parts. Even after discovering the issue, and the injuries caused by it, the Pentagon has still done nothing to fix the problem.
