Horace Luke has a lot on his plate. The energetic former chief innovation officer of phone maker HTC has managed to make it home only one day this month. For the past few months, Luke has been busy rolling out his ambitious electric scooter company in Taipei, Taiwan. Called Gogoro, the company is manufacturing its own futuristic-looking electric scooters as well as building out an entire network of battery swapping stations in every city it launches in. Now, just a few months after the Taipei launch, Luke is bringing his Gogoro smart scooter and battery swapping stations to Amsterdam.
