Game of Thrones fans were understandably excited when HBO announced that Deadwood veteran Ian McShane was joining the cast of the show in season six. No hints were given about who he might be playing, but certain guesses were made based on his age and appearance. But now, for the first time, McShane has something to say about the role. It doesn’t seem like much, but I genuinely believe we know exactly who he’ll be playing now.
