Following the last Republican primary debate, Marco Rubio won headlines with a 40% increase in traffic to his website despite trailing far behind Donald Trump and Ben Carson. Seven of the top 10 most viewed stories at ESPN.com were related to fantasy sports, signaling, if not a decline in professional sports, a restless boredom with the idea of simply watching it.
