Where video games are concerned, there are few things more paralyzing than an RPG stat chart. Stacked deep with weapon skills, crafting, base stats and odd perks, its got a thousand different characters to build and a thousand different ways to believe you’ve made a terrible, game-ruining mistake.  Want to be a fast talking, pickpocketing rogue or a hulk-raging computer whiz? There’s a build for that. We’ve had a look at Fallout 4’s perk chart for a little while now, but an online tool using some cobbled together information can let you build your perfect Fallout character on paper a few days before the game comes out. Some of this is based on leaked information, so don’t click this link link from RPG gamer unless you want some very minor spoilers. But while most of these leaks are annoying, this one is pretty harmless.
