Is Apple going to do a smaller iPhone in 2016? The signs are that a four-inched iOS smartphone is on its way are coming out of the supply chain, but those hoping for a pocketable smartphone powerhouse need to look back through the history of Apple. Any smaller iPhone is going to be weak by design, and used to up-sell you to the larger models.
