Some people worried that the $150 price tag on Microsoft’s new Xbox Elite Controller would scare away all but professional gamers, but they’ve proved hugely popular since launch. Microsoft has confirmed that the controller is selling out at retailers all over the world, and that they expect supply to be limited through November. You can still get them at some online retailers, so you might want to pull the trigger if you’ve been waiting. It’s likely going to be hard to pick up an elite controller on Black Friday, but hopefully not impossible before the holidays.
