Microsoft Betrays Its Unlimited Cloud Promise

Microsoft has announced that its unlimited storage on OneDrive is no more. What was once marketed as unlimited will now be limited to 1 TB of OneDrive storage with immediate effect. Users over the 1 TB limit will have their current storage limit honoured for “at least 12 months.” Microsoft is making changes at the bottom tier, dropping the 15 GB of free storage down to just 5 GB (during early 2016), and the bonus 15 GB of storage for camera roll storage is also being discontinued.
