Last week, the YouTube star Connor Franta tweeted this:

You might do the same if you liked a new song, but it’s a little different when someone has more than 3 million Twitter followers. Franta’s glowing comment was retweeted 1,400 times and favorited an additional 6,000+. The musician BØRNS has a good-sized following at 33K, but it’s a small fraction of Franta’s.
