We’re getting in to the meat of the fall release season. now. Ubisoft keeps their yearly historical bloodbath going with Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate tomorrow, giving players a look at Victorian London through the eyes of our age-old heavily armed conspirators, promising traditional Assassin’s Creed gameplay with some modern twists like carriages (not too modern) and trains. Early reviews are solid, if not stellar: Paul Tassi called it “Bloody Average,” marking a return to form for the series, just not a form we necessarily needed it return to.
