The state of the daily fantasy sports industry is in flux. Within the past 48 hours, the State of Nevada, once believed to be one of the safest domains for daily fantasy sports, issued an edict requiring operators to seek a gaming license if they wished to continue their operations. Only one daily fantasy sports operator, Fantasy Aces, is known to be interested in obtaining a Nevada gaming license. All other major operators have deemed it to be in their best interest to ban users based within Nevada from participating on their platforms.
