Ten Ways To Improve the Customer Experience of Air Travel

Perhaps because I just got off a 16 hour flight from Mumbai, India to Newark, New Jersey I cannot get my head around the customer experience of the air traveller. As I write this I’m on the second leg of the flight, 5 more hours to get to LAX. That said, I have travel on the brain. I believe it is only a matter of time until the airline industry is disrupted by the sharing economy or another idea waiting to hatch.
