Microsoft VP Panos Panay And CEO Satya Nadella took to the stage at an event in New York City Tuesday morning and laid out a complete arsenal of weaponry in what is clearly all out thermonuclear war now against rival Apple. At Microsoft’s Windows 10 Devices event today, the company not only unveiled a couple of killer looking Lumia Windows 10 phones but they punctuated their success in unifying the Windows 10 experience and ecosystem across platforms by unveiling not only the anticipated next gen Surface Pro 4 tablet hybrid but also a new device called the “Surface Book.” This notebook product flew well under the radar until today and it effectively puts Apple on notice that MSFT is gunning hard at their core businesses.
