Twitter is an amazing platform for connecting with people you don’t know and news you don’t know about. It was arguably the first social network to really embrace public sharing. And that public-first model has changed social sharing in ways even Twitter didn’t see coming. It’s become an encyclopedia for information about what’s going on around us.
