While many streaming music platforms allow you to choose whatever you want to listen to, there aren’t a lot that focus on the ability to broadcast your choices to the world. Sure, playlists can be shared on outlets like 8tracks and your friends can see what you’ve been listening to on Spotify, but it’s not the same as actually hearing from somebody about the music playing in the moment. Human curation has become a hot topic in streaming, and the logical next step is for conversation to pop up about a favorite track or a newly-discovered gem.
