Windows 10 operating system downloads in Asia as it does around the world. And like anywhere else, the Edge browser and Snipping Tool, two of the newest Microsoft system’s more ballyhooed features, emerge straight away. But most countries in the region of 3.6 billion, about half the world’s population, cannot get Cortana — the talking, voice-activated help function that has also been a top Windows 10 selling point.
