It has been 100 days since Dick Costolo left the top jobs at Twitter. Since then the former CEO’s Twitter feed has shown that his hobbies include: working out, making pizza and bee keeping.

More than three months into the search for Costolo’s replacement some investors are worried Twitter’s board of directors had a similarly leisurely summer.
