For the past few months I’ve been working on a big new project called The Future of Work Show. The idea is to actually go inside some of the world’s most forward thinking companies to see what they are thinking about and doing about the future of work. I filmed inside of ten companies including SAP, Cisco, Pandora, Glassdoor, and several others. In each company I toured their offices and spoke with employees and executives to get a sense of how they see the workplace changing. In episode 1 of The Future of Work Show I go inside the offices of enterprise software company Atlasssian where I speak with their president Jay Simons and interview a handful of their employees. For those of you not familiar with Atlassian they are known for their JIRA and Confluence products. We explore everything from corporate culture and open office layouts to technology and how to create great employee experiences. Tune in and enjoy!
