Pity the poor console player: he or she rarely has anybody defend them. Spend some time on the Internet, and you’ll run into a whole lot of people talking about how much better PCs are than consoles — sometimes to the point of where it seems less like a superiority complex and more like inferiority. Rarely is the opposite opinion expressed. I suspect, however, that this is not because there are no reasons to play on console rather than PC, just that console gamers don’t care that much. But I’m here to express that less commonly flaunted opinion, even if it amounts to a slightly longer version of that same statement: I just don’t care that much. So this is why I choose to spend my time on PS4 and Xbox One.
