In just about every country where people can legally tweet, small and medium-sized businesses can now run their own Twitter advertisements, too.
The San Francisco, Calif.-based company on Wednesday said it is expanding its self-service advertising platform, which lets businesses immediately start running Twitter ad campaigns without an account representative, from 33 countries to more than 200 countries and territories. The push makes self-serve ads available in every market where the service is legal. Campaigns are available in 15 languages, and about 100,000 advertisers have run ad campaigns on Twitter over the last 90 days.
