While listening to my favorite sports talk radio station recently, a Major League Baseball manager called into question sports pundits and their predictions about who would be traded at the league deadline. At the end of his statement, he threw meteorologists under the bus by stating his opinion that sports pundits are about as bad as meteorologists. A similarly disappointing perspective was also expressed last year by New England Patriots’s Bill Belichick.
