“I couldn’t find a place where I could work, live and surf,” says Peter Fabor whose solution has given birth to a trend. The 29-year old user-experience designer-turned-entrepreneur founded the Surf Office to satisfy his desire to combine work and play. He’s one of a growing number of workers, freelancers and entrepreneurs choosing a better work-life balance by blending both. Two years ago, Fabor and his girlfriend moved from his native Slovakia to the Canary Islands off the coast of Spain.
