The team claimed their third Cup in six years after defeating the Tampa Bay Lightning back in June and set to raise the sixth championship banner in franchise history prior to their home opener at the United Center on October 7 against the New York Rangers. With single game tickets on sale Monday morning, fans are quickly preparing for the upcoming season in Chicago. The secondary market is taking notice as well, as year-over-year prices for Blackhawks tickets have increased by more than 60% on average.
