Despite the growing influence of streaming platforms, radio is still very important for millions of Americans, but the two have a hard time coming together. Many people listen to radio in their cars, and then switch to streaming options when they are at their computers or on their phones. It’s not that radio stations aren’t available online, but for some time now it’s been clear that many see radio as appropriate for one time of their day, while different access points for music are better for others. It doesn’t need to be that way however, and one streaming service is now looking to bridge that gap for millions.
