I recently moderated the Mergers and Acquisitions panel at the annual meeting  of startup founders backed by one of the venture funds our law firm represents. While the discussion covered numerous topics, I was struck by how many questions our panel received when we ticked through the litany of the most common mistakes we’ve seen founders regret during M&A deals.
