ASUS Zenfone 2E arriving on GoPhone for $119

Budget smartphones are a necessary part of the smartphone ecosystem, and AT&T has a new offering through its prepaid GoPhone service. The ASUS Zenfone 2E is a new budget smartphone that brings in specs such as a 5-inch 720p display, dual-core Intel Atom Z2560 processor, 8-megapixel rear camera, 2-megapixel front-facing camera, 4G LTE, ASUS’ Zen UI and a 2500mAh battery. All in all, it’s a better list of specs than many of the budget smartphones on the market.

The price is the real selling point on the ASUS Zenfone 2E, as it will retail for $119.99. The Zenfone 2E is now available in Walmart and Target, with AT&T beginning to sell the smartphone in its own stores beginning July 24. Best Buy will also begin carrying the Zenfone 2E on August 2, giving you a range of places to purchase from.
