If you’re not one of the 37 million users of AshleyMadison.com, you may have had trouble mustering sympathy for those exposed after the online cheating site was hacked on Sunday. Security breaches, however, aren’t limited to sites many find morally unpalatable. The Ashley Madison hack is a powerful reminder that everybody who uses the Internet should take these very basic precautions (and know the risks) that security experts say will keep sensitive information a little bit safer.
