Ellen Pao Asks Court To Dismiss Kleiner’s $1M Reimbursement Claim
A little over a month after losing a gender discrimination case against her former employer — venture capital firm Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers— Ellen Pao has told a federal court that she should not be required to pay the firm nearly $1 million in court fees.
